Support information for the official exhibitions app. If the app will not launch, runs slowly, makes no sound, or shows no characters or onomatopoeia, please check below.
The exhibition room opens in the palm of your hand.
Depending on the device and the connection, however, the door may grow a little heavy.

Frequently asked questions.
- Q. The app will not launch.
- A. Restart your device, check your connection, and launch the app again.
If the problem persists, contact us with the app version, the device name, and the iOS version. - Q. The exhibition room does not appear.
- A. Depending on the connection and the device, generating the room may take time.
If it still does not appear after a wait, close the app fully and try again. - Q. The characters do not approach.
- A. If a character does not approach when tapped, the screen may not be registering your touch.
Check your connection and try once more. Some characters need a moment of thought before they approach. - Q. The onomatopoeia do not appear.
- A. Once the chosen character has come to rest before you, the onomatopoeia that begin with it appear.
If they do not, wait a little, or restart the app. Some onomatopoeia are cautious about appearing. - Q. There is no sound.
- A. Check the volume, silent mode, Bluetooth connections, and the app’s settings.
At the Archives, silence is part of the display; please make sure, however, that this silence is the intended one. - Q. The display is slow.
- A. Close other apps and try again with a better connection.
As this is a three-dimensional display, performance may vary with the device. That the folding screens and characters move slowly is, in itself, by design. - Q. The screen is dark.
- A. The app is set in a jet-black three-dimensional space; the darkness is part of the display.
If it is hard to see, however, check the brightness of your device. - Q. May I take screenshots of works in the app?
- A. Screenshots for personal enjoyment are fine.
For publication, reproduction, or commercial use, consult the credits and conditions of each work. - Q. Is there a Google Play edition?
- A. It is in preparation; the iOS edition comes first.
News of Android support will be posted on this site as soon as it is decided. - Q. I would like to report a problem.
